Order Tracking

All our orders are shipped using tracking numbers.

Tracking information is usually emailed to you once your parcel has been sent. Please note, we are using a few shipping couriers so the shipping company we are using could vary from time to time.

Please also note, sometimes public tracking information is not updated very fast but we have access to internal shipping tracking and we are able to know current shipping status including if the parcel has been already delivered.

All tracking steps are recorded in the courier internal database so we can check it easily if needed.
